We regret that, at the moment, our website is not fully accessible to everyone. You may encounter problem using our website with certain web browsers or specialized software such as screen readers. Browser Enhancements
We recommend a number of plug-ins to a standard browser configuration. These can all be downloaded free of charge — and if your browser is recent, these features may well be already included:

Adobe Acrobat Reader
A number of downloadable documents on the site are provided in PDF format, which allows you to view, print, and save documents retaining the original formatting. You must have a recent version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (Version 6.0 or higher) installed on your computer to view these documents.

Adobe (Formerly Macromedia) Flash Player
A number of our website presentations are provided in Flash format. For instance, to view our recent Annual Meeting of Stockholders presentations, you must download Adobe Flash 8 Player, or better. Because our presentations are rather large in size, we also suggest that you allow for the presentation to store (cache) itself on your PC, log off your PC, and then try to access the cached presentation. If you are a MAC user, you may also need to download the Safari browser to view the videostreaming.

Operating System Enhancements
If you are unable to readily download any of the PDF files, we recommend that you obtain the latest operating system updates for your computer from Microsoft Windows Update page.
