Cobasys LLC is a 50/50 joint venture between Ovonic Battery Company and Chevron Technology Ventures (a subsidiary of Chevron Corporation).

Subject to previous agreements, Cobasys has been granted exclusive rights to HEV, other electric propulsion applications, telecommuni-
cation, stationary power storage, military and homeland security applications, and other significant segments of the NiMH battery market.
