Stephen Rabinowitz
Director and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Rabinowitz was chairman and chief executive officer of General Cable, Inc., a leader in the development, design, manufacture, marketing and distribution of copper, aluminum and fiber optic wire and cable products for the communications, energy and specialty markets, from 1994-2001. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Columbus McKinnon Corp. and serves on its Audit and Compensation Committees. He is also a director MicroHeat, Inc. and Chairman of its Audit Committee.


Joseph A. Avila
Director
Joseph A. Avila has served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations and Process of Quanta Services, Inc. since October 2006. From 1978 until May 2006, he held various positions with McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, most recently as a Director providing leadership to Energy and Technology Management Practices. In addition, Mr. Avila serves on the Advisory Board of the Houston Technology Center.


Alan E. Barton
Director
Dr. Barton is the Chief Executive Officer of Lehigh Technologies. He was formerly the Executive Vice President of Rohm and Haas before his retirement in October 2008. In 1984 he joined Rohm and Haas as a senior research scientist in the Agricultural Chemicals business. His 25-year career at the company included experience in the areas of scientific research, product development, business development, sales and business management. Dr. Barton has extensive management experience in Europe as well as North America. He was elected a vice president of Rohm and Haas in 1999, and named to the Executive Council in 2001. Dr. Barton also oversaw the company operations in Asia-Pacific as regional director from 2004 to 2005. Dr. Barton holds a B.A. degree in Chemistry from Oxford University in the United Kingdom (1978), and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Harvard University (1984).


Christopher P. Belden
Director
Christopher P. Belden is, since March, 2008, the Senior Vice President - Global Manufacturing, at NXP Semiconductors. From February 2005 to February, 2007, he was Group Vice President of Global Operations for Applied Materials, Inc. , a global leader in nanomanufacturing technology solutions for the electronics industry, where he was responsible for volume manufacturing, supply chain management, reliability, quality and worldwide facilities. Prior to joining Applied Materials, Mr. Belden had a 23 year career at Motorola where his last role was Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Operations.


Robert I. Frey
Director
Mr. Frey is an assistant professor of global management and business ethics and serves as the director of the Business Ethics Center at Seidman School of Business, Grand Valley State University, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He joined Herman Miller, Inc. in 1996, where he was an executive vice president and member of the executive committee and president of Herman Miller International, accountable for international strategic planning, manufacturing, sales and marketing until his retirement in 2002.


William J. Ketelhut
Director
Mr. Ketelhut was, from 2001-2002, president of Control Products at Honeywell International, a global company with 15 major lines of businesses including semiconductors, consumer products and sensors products. From 1994-2001, he served as president of several business units of Invensys plc, a global automation, controls and process solutions group. He was president and chief executive officer at GE/Micro Switch Control Inc. (a joint venture between GE and Honeywell Microswitch Division) from 1992-1994.


Mark D. Morelli
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Morelli is the President and Chief Executive Officer of ECD. Prior to joining ECD, served as a senior executive with United Technologies Corporation. During a 15-year career he held progressive executive leadership positions, including international assignments, with a proven track record of improving profitability, leading team-building and reorganization efforts, and integrating businesses on a global scale. His customer and strategic business experience includes developing and marketing building-integrated products. From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Morelli was President of the Carrier Commercial Refrigeration business, a division of Carrier Corporation.


George A. Schreiber, Jr.
Director
Mr. Schreiber is the President and CEO of SEMCO Energy, a natural gas distribution company serving markets in Michigan and Alaska. From September 1999 to March 2004, he was the Chairman, Global Energy Group, at Credit Suisse First Boston, New York.
